Is my order tracked?
All standard orders are shipped via standard priority mail which is not trackable. However, orders of 3 or more items, wholesale or bulk orders over 2kg will include international tracking.
How can I be sure that my package will arrive safely?
We carefully package each order to ensure your signs arrive in perfect condition. We are confident that the postal service will take every precaution to handle your package with care.
Can you send to a post office box?
Yes, we can ship to a PO Box address.
Can you ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, absolutely! When you check out online, just make sure to provide your shipping address so we can make sure to send your sign to the right location.
Do your products come with mounting hardware?
Yes, it is. All the materials required for assembly are included in our products.
How do I clean your products?
Our aluminum products can be easily cleaned with an aluminum cleaner (e.g. from the pharmacy) and a microfiber cloth.
We recommend cleaning agents that contain natural oils - this prevents fingerprints.
