ORDER PROCESSING
The time it takes for us to prepare an order for shipment (delivery) is 2-3 business days. However, we usually do everything we can to ship your order ASAP. Please note that we process and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday do not count as part of the delivery days. We also want you to know that shipping or packing and shipping (delivery) are two different processes. And each has its own term.

- International shipping is unpredictable and delays may occur at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Latvia, it becomes subject to your local post office.
- We take full responsibility for our products, for shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after a certain period of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product. So there is no need to worry :)
